Surprised in the best way!

This place exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the GO station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a fantastic bed! I loved the viable dining options nearby, perfect for a family getaway.

We enjoyed our stay with my brother, especially exploring the nearby Olde Oakville trails along Lake Ontario. The staff made it easy for us to navigate the area, and we appreciated the spacious room that accommodated our large family comfortably.

In my children’s opinion, the hotel could use a better breakfast selection.

Had a great vacation with friends! We enjoyed exploring the trails along Lake Ontario and found the event planner super helpful for our activities. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety, and they even cooked eggs to order.

One downside was that we couldn’t use the pool, as it was filled with a swimming class all day. It was disappointing since we were looking forward to relaxing there.

Family with children definitely better options out there

The hotel was clean, which is a given, but the restaurant's food was pretty good too, not great but better than I expected. The front desk staff were friendly enough, I mean, that’s always positive right?

The salads were fresh and creative, perfectly setting the stage for our dining adventures nearby! Places like Ami Sushi and Swiss Chalet Rotisserie were quick walks away and totally hit the spot. The staff were friendly, making our stay feel like home. The GO train station was just a stone's throw away for easy travel to the city.

Whose bright idea was it to stick a pool in the lobby? It felt like swimming in a fishbowl! Couldn’t enjoy the peaceful breakfast with all that splashing around. Still, overall a good vibes stay despite the hustle.

The Standard Double Room was clean but felt a bit cramped for a family. Beds were decent, but the pillows were a letdown. The bathroom was nice, though. Breakfast wasn’t included, which felt a bit steep for the room quality. All in all, an okay stay.
